"Slow Poke" (Decaf).
Our current decaf is a dark roast comprised of 100% EA sugarcane beans from Antioquia, Colombia. "EA" is a byproduct of fermented sugar and is naturally occurring in many fruits. It is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, meaning the caffeine gets gently removed using a certified organic technique that relies on hot water, osmosis, and an activated charcoal filter.
We are tasting notes of chocolate, vanilla, cherry, and brown sugar.
